In this role, the Data Analyst sits within the Supplemental Manpower team in the People department, reporting to the Talent Acquisition Operation Senior Manager. The analyst's responsibilities will include applying an analytical and problem-solving approach with particular attention to detail, analyzing and cleansing data, and transforming information into consumable Excel formats. They will also focus on data visualization, creating actionable digital representations, especially designing PowerPoint presentations for client-related initiatives, and transforming generic, text-heavy content into visually engaging and concise storytelling experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze, understand, and cleanse data for actionable insights.
  • Create and design impactful PowerPoint presentations.
  • Collaborate with content writers to develop engaging materials.
  • Ensure error-free presentations through thorough spell-checking and formatting.
  • Support team activities including reporting, tracking escalations, and producing relevant documents.
  • Identify shortcomings in existing practices and suggest improvements.
  • Develop and implement stakeholder engagement plans, cultivating positive relationships.
  • Collate and analyze data using prescribed tools and methods independently.
  • Design and create reporting strategies and templates.
  • Execute complex reports, identifying patterns and translating insights into actionable recommendations.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a highly analytical role.
  • High proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Relevant Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Relevant Professional Memberships/Accreditation.
