Your Role:
The company is seeking to hire Data Analysts (both Data Analyst II & Senior Data Analyst) across various business verticals including business banking, embedded payments, finance, customer care, personal banking, trust & safety, and customer platforms & growth. The role focuses on developing analytical solutions to support data-driven decision making while managing stakeholders across multiple functions.
Responsibilities:
- Drive business impact through actionable insights and identification of key growth opportunities.
- Build dashboards that deliver accurate and actionable insights.
- Collaborate with the data engineering team on data enrichment needs for product development.
- Work with stakeholders to prioritize projects based on impact and oversee delivery.
- Develop processes to identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets to empower informed decision making.
- Ensure governance and uphold good analytical practices throughout processes.
Your Expertise:
- 4 - 8 years of experience in data analytics.
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or related analytical field. Candidates from other fields with relevant experience are welcome.
- Hands-on experience with programming languages (Python, R) for data manipulation.
- Proficiency with SQL implementations (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
- Understanding of domains such as Finance, Risk, or Product.
- Experience with Machine Learning tools and techniques in R or Python is a plus.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik).
- Experience creating data visualizations and dashboards with Apache Superset is an advantage.
- Experience working in a high-growth startup or unicorn is a bonus.
