Data Analyst, Consulting

The role involves supporting the Analytics team by connecting and correlating data points from various systems to extract strategic insights. The ideal candidate will be an action-oriented analyst using critical thinking and advanced analytical techniques to assist in the development of optimal campaign strategies. Responsibilities include collaborating with marketing, compliance, and development teams to create and maintain reports, dashboards, and sales forecasting models. The Data Analyst will manage multiple data initiatives and projects, utilizing innovative data analytics approaches.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to support business objectives.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools like Excel, Adobe, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Identify trends, correlations, and anomalies in data to drive strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide insights.
• Create and maintain documentation for data processes and reporting standards.
• Perform ad hoc analysis to support various departments and initiatives.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across platforms and reports.

Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in a data analyst or similar role.
• Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong Excel skills including pivot tables, formulas, and data modeling.
• Experience with statistical analysis and reporting.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
