Key Responsibilities:

  • Reporting & Dashboarding: Maintain and enhance standard and brand-specific custom dashboards; support the delivery of "self-serve" analytics to brand teams.
  • Customer Insights & Analysis: Deliver ad-hoc and periodic customer insights; analyze customer demographics, product affinities, and omnichannel behaviors; provide insights to support campaigns and product launches.
  • Database & Data Quality Management: Perform data ingestion verification and gap analysis; troubleshoot and resolve data issues.
  • Business Logic & Metrics Implementation: Assist in implementing business-specific logic and metrics in Looker and Salesforce.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Participate in monthly review and planning meetings with brands; align analytics with business objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in analytics, preferably in retail or e-commerce.
  • Strong SQL skills for querying and manipulating datasets.
  • Experience with Looker for dashboard creation and data exploration.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working in a centralized analytics team serving multiple brands.
  • Knowledge of omnichannel retail KPIs and customer lifecycle metrics.
  • Exposure to segmentation and personalization strategies in retail marketing.
