Responsibilities:
- Set up business indicator systems for the Corporate Services team (e.g., Real Estate, Physical Security & Administration), analyze long-term trends and short-term anomalies, and provide valuable suggestions through reports.
- Build dashboards based on indicator systems, establish a daily tracker, and monitor systems to promptly identify relevant trends or potential blockers.
- Conduct various data analyses according to business needs to quickly identify internal problems or discover opportunities through qualitative and quantitative analysis and modeling.
- Maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders (e.g., Business Operation team, Data Warehouse team, Product team, R&D, and Algorithm) to ensure the implementation and continuous optimization of data analysis reports, and build user-friendly data systems and products to support business functions.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above; minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in data analysis.
- Proficiency in SQL and Tableau/PowerBI or similar visualization tools.
- Strong capabilities in data mining, information collection, and analysis, with a robust ability to translate business problems into data modeling.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis and algorithms (machine learning, causal inference).
- Experience in data analysis within the internet or technology-related industries.
- Strong learning ability, capable of quickly understanding new fields and knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit, with the capability to lead a small project team to support business initiatives.
