Data Analyst - CRM

As a Data Analyst for the CRM Project at the company, you will play a pivotal role in managing customer-related data within the banking sector. The ideal candidate will possess strong domain knowledge in banking and a comprehensive understanding of customer and relationship data.

Location: Dubai, Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Work Conditions: Hybrid, Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and integrate customer-related data across multiple banking systems.
• Support the creation of customer 360 datasets for banks.
• Develop source-to-target mappings for CRM data ingestion specific to banking.
• Define transformation logic for the consolidation of customer data.
• Support the development of customer data marts and CRM reporting structures.
• Validate the consistency of customer data across banking systems.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience with CRM implementations in banks.
• Familiarity with customer analytics platforms for banks.
• Involvement in customer data management initiatives within the banking sector.
