Data Analyst - CRM

The Data Analyst – CRM will work on a banking project requiring strong domain knowledge in customer and relationship data. The ideal candidate should have familiarity with concepts such as customer profiles, customer segmentation, customer interactions, and customer lifecycle data.

Functional Responsibilities:

• Identify and integrate customer-related data across multiple banking systems.
• Support the creation of customer 360 datasets for banks.
• Develop source-to-target mappings for CRM data ingestion for banks.
• Define transformation logic for customer data consolidation for banks.
• Support the development of customer data marts and CRM reporting structures at banks.
• Validate customer data consistency across systems in a banking environment.
