Requirements
- 4–5 years of proven experience in Data Analysis, Data Mapping, or Data Documentation roles.
- Strong understanding of data structures, metadata, and data quality principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with BI/reporting environments (e.g., Power BI).
- Hands-on experience with Power BI will be considered a strong added advantage.
- Ability to translate raw data into structured, meaningful, and business-ready information.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, analyze, and interpret existing data from multiple sources.
- Categorize, standardize, and centralize data to ensure consistency across the organization.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive data documentation, including data dictionaries, business definitions, and data mapping documents.
- Work closely with the Power BI development team to provide clean, structured, and contextualized data for dashboards and analytical solutions.
- Identify data quality issues and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Support data governance initiatives and contribute to building a scalable and well-structured data framework.
