Data Analyst, DSP Payments

About the Job: Our last-mile delivery partners are crucial to our service, and we work closely with them to ensure timely deliveries. As a Payments Specialist, you will be responsible for processing and paying our partners accurately and on time. You will build connections with local stakeholders (finance, OTR, Tax, BC teams) and help establish processes for the timely and accurate delivery of information required for payment processing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and drive payment processes to Delivery Service Providers (DSPs).
• Develop relationships with stakeholders to define mechanisms for accurate and timely processing of payments.
• Track payment accuracy and timeliness to secure business sustainability.
• Process payments to ensure DSPs are paid accurately and on time.

A Day in the Life: You will be based in the corporate office, which allows you to stay close to every part of the payment processes. This role focuses on processing payments and ensuring DSPs are compensated accurately and promptly.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• Speak, write, and read fluently in English
• Experience with Excel, including the use of complex formulas and pivot tables to manipulate large datasets and interpret results.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with SQL
