We are looking for an Analytics Engineer to join our team and play a crucial role in our expansion in the UAE. This position requires collaboration with our Compliance, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure regulatory readiness and drive operational excellence. As a Data Analyst, you will solve complex problems and deliver impactful solutions for our customers.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Driving regulatory and financial reporting initiatives for our market launch in the UAE
- Collaborating with Compliance, Legal, Finance, and Operations teams for data-driven decision making
- Providing analytical support and insights for strategic and daily business needs
- Designing, implementing, and maintaining dashboards, data pipelines, and reporting tools
- Investigating data anomalies and delivering clear explanations and resolutions
What You'll Need:
- 5+ years of experience in an analytical role creating impactful data-driven solutions
- Background or education in a quantitative discipline
- Strong skills in Python and SQL
- Proficiency in Airflow and experience with Trino
- Exceptional knowledge of mathematics and statistics
Nice to Have:
- An advanced degree in a core STEM subject
- Participation in Olympic competitions in physics, maths, economics, or programming
- Experience in financial or regulatory reporting within fintech or banking
