Our Data Science team is critical in solving complex problems through practical solutions. As a Data Analyst, you will work closely with product teams to uncover insights, guide decisions, and enhance customer experiences. Your role will involve interacting with our complex databases to identify root causes of issues and design solutions by writing code.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Working on ETL processes
- Creating and maintaining new aggregated views and tables to simplify data querying
- Automating analytics, including P&L attribution, daily risk reporting, and short-term investments performance
- Performing behavioral liquidity and cash flow analysis
- Analyzing ad-hoc performance enhancements
- Undertaking model-based performance optimization
What You'll Need:
- Proven experience in an analytical role supporting a markets-based business or at a reputable financial institution, asset manager, or liquidity provider, specifically in treasury or risk roles (FTP, ALM, IRRB, etc.)
- A bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline
- Strong data manipulation and analysis skills with Python and SQL
- Solid mathematical and statistical knowledge
- Fluency in English
Nice to Have:
- An advanced degree in a STEM field
- Experience in university-level competitions in physics, mathematics, economics, or programming
