About the Role
Join our Data Science team, where Data Analysts and Scientists collaborate with product teams to solve complex problems and improve customer experiences. The successful candidate will analyze complex databases, identify root causes of issues, and implement solutions through coding.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Working on ETL processes
- Creating and maintaining new aggregated views and tables for simplified data queries
- Automating analytics, including P&L attribution and daily risk reporting
- Performing behavioral liquidity and cash flow analysis
- Analyzing ad-hoc performance enhancements
- Undertaking model-based performance optimization
What You'll Need:
- Experience in an analytical role within a markets-based business, at a major financial institution, asset manager, or liquidity provider
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline
- Proficient in data manipulation and analysis using Python and SQL
- Strong mathematical and statistics skills
- Fluency in English
Nice to Have:
- An advanced degree in a STEM subject
- Participation in university Olympic medal competitions in physics, math, economics, or programming
