Our Data Science team solves complex problems with smart, practical solutions. Data Scientists and Analysts work directly with product teams to uncover insights, guide decisions, and improve how customers experience the company. You will dig into our complex databases, identify the root cause of issues, and design solutions by writing code.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Understanding our business and its processes through data
- Applying knowledge of data to assist product and service teams
- Designing key metrics to measure different business aspects
- Creating and maintaining new aggregated views and tables for easier data querying
- Maintaining and building new dashboards to track metrics and visualize insights
- Promoting data literacy across the company through workshops
What You'll Need:
- Experience in an analytical role creating impactful solutions
- Background/education in a quantitative discipline
- Proficient in Python, SQL, or other programming languages
- Solid knowledge of mathematics and statistics
- Experience in the financial services/banking industry
Nice to Have:
- Advanced degree in a core STEM subject
- Expertise in additional programming languages (Java, Scala, C++, etc.)
- Experience in accounting
