Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to support business decision-making.
- Gather, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources to identify trends and insights.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and create analytical solutions.
- Optimize and enhance Power BI reports for performance and scalability.
- Implement data modeling best practices and ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security.
- Automate data workflows and develop ETL processes to streamline reporting.
- Provide training and support to business users on Power BI tools and best practices.
- Maintain documentation of data models, reports, and processes to ensure proper data governance.
- Monitor the performance of dashboards and reports, identifying and resolving any performance bottlenecks.
Skills, Education & Experience Required:
- 3-8 years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in IT Services within the Information Technology & Software Development industries.
- Strong proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
- Experience with SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
- Familiarity with data visualization best practices and KPI reporting.
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts; experience with cloud-based analytics platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
