Job Purpose:
- Structure and automate data to increase company value through insights that enhance key metrics and reduce costs.
- Monetize data to add further revenue streams.
Key Accountabilities:
- Create reports and develop tools and processes to automate reporting.
- Develop machine learning algorithms to analyze vast volumes of historical data for predictive insights.
- Analyze substantial amounts of data relating to sales, customers, or financial performance.
- Support research initiatives and requirements for the market.
- Compile materials for senior management consumption.
- Align reports with business objectives and key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with other business areas and leaders to identify reporting needs.
- Support the Head of Strategy and Growth in scheme management initiatives.
- Ensure maintenance of KPIs for the team and update relevant tools such as Tableau, dashboards, and budgeting templates.
Must Have Technical/Professional Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in data or a numerate subject
- Functional Knowledge: Data analytical skills and strong troubleshooting and report writing abilities
- Business Expertise: Knowledge of business, market, and industry
- Ability to solve complex problems with multi-layered data sets and optimize existing machine learning libraries and frameworks.
