As a Data Analyst II at the company, you will support the product development lifecycle by analyzing data, understanding user needs, and providing actionable insights to optimize product performance. Collaborating closely with Product, Technology, Marketing, Commercial, Logistics/Operations, and Growth teams, you will turn data into meaningful insights to support data-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze product and business data to identify growth drivers and improvement opportunities.
- Develop analyses, reports, and interactive dashboards for business teams and stakeholders.
- Utilize quantitative analysis to derive insights and guide Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers on what to build and why.
- Work with both structured and semi-structured data from multiple sources (e.g., BigQuery, Redshift, PostgreSQL).
- Use SQL (BigQuery) and Python or R for extracting, processing, and analyzing large datasets.
- Design and analyze A/B tests, defining hypotheses and evaluating results with statistical methods.
- Manage data projects from collection to operationalization.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Looker Cloud, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of data and analytical processes.
Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in Data Analytics or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a relevant field.
- Strong SQL skills with experience using BigQuery.
- Proficiency in Python or R is required.
- Basic understanding of statistics and experience applying statistical methods to data.
- Experience working with large datasets from multiple sources.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in creating dashboards and reports using visualization tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working across various teams.
Language Requirements:
Proficiency in Arabic is preferred given the local context of the role.
