Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain efficient data pipelines, governance, and quality assurance processes to ensure clean, reliable data across systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and provide insights that can inform product development and commercial decisions.
- Create reports and dashboards to visualize data and communicate findings to the commercial and product teams and other stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain data documentation, including data dictionaries, data flow diagrams, and data quality reports.
- Collaborate effectively with the product and commercial teams to understand their data needs and provide relevant insights.
- Respond to ad-hoc data requests from the product and business teams, providing timely and accurate information.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging data analysis techniques and tools.
- Responsible for writing, testing, and maintaining Python code.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role, ideally within a product-focused environment.
- Experience building data management systems and processes.
- Familiarity with customer analytics and health scoring methodologies is a strong plus.
- Strong understanding of data analysis techniques and tools, including data mining, statistical analysis, and data visualization.
- Experience writing and testing in Python.
- Proficiency in data manipulation and querying languages such as SQL.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
