About the Role
The role of analytics lead for Operational Excellence involves transforming process performance into reliable metrics, dashboards, and analyses that enhance decision-making across all facilities. The incumbent will build on the governed data layer, define and certify the KPI, SLA, and baseline framework, manage the monitoring cadence, and translate process changes into measurable capacity and financial benefits. Working as part of the DSIM analyst team, the analytics lead will share methodologies and standards and provide coverage for other analysts as needed.

Key Responsibility Areas
- Define and certify the KPI, SLA, and baseline framework for priority processes.
- Deliver trusted dashboards, analyses, and the command centre intelligence layer on the governed data layer.
- Run the monitoring, escalation, and intervention cadence.
- Model capacity and productivity, and provide evidence of realized benefits.
- Adhere to DSIM analytics standards, promote self-service, and enhance analytic capabilities.
Required Education
Essential Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business, Finance, or a related field.
Desired Education
- Tableau certification.
- Further study in data modelling or statistics.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
Required Experience
Essential Minimum Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
Desired Experience
- More than 5 years in analytics, serving as the designated analytics point of contact for a business area.
- Experience in healthcare or a comparable service-operations environment.
- Experience in designing KPI and SLA frameworks, exception-based monitoring, and escalation processes.
- Proficiency in demand, capacity, and workforce productivity modelling, along with benefit realization reporting.
- Familiarity with UAE regulatory KPI reporting (JAWDA, Muashir, DHA, and DOH).
Required Job Skills and Knowledge
