Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product development, and operations, to provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Develop and implement advanced analytics for various areas in the industry, such as forecast demand, customer behaviors, and in-depth sales analysis.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports that visualize complex datasets for stakeholders.
- Communicate findings and insights from the data to non-technical team members through clear reports or presentations.
- Apply data modelling techniques to predict future trends from historical data.
- Lead A/B testing and other experimental designs to enhance user value.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to maintain strategic advantages.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy through rigorous quality control and validation processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Over 4 years of experience with statistical software and programming languages, including R, Python, and SQL.
- Expertise in managing and analyzing large, complex datasets.
- Experience with ETL tools, specifically Airflow, is a plus.
- Extensive experience (4+ years) with data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI, with proven ability to create insightful dashboards.
- Skilled in translating complex data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders through clear communication.
- Solid understanding of data modeling concepts.
- Familiarity with machine learning techniques and working knowledge of Alteryx is a plus.
- Experience within the food and beverage industry is a plus.
