As a Data Analyst with Quant, you will create meaningful insights from data sets by transforming complex data into readable, goal-driven reports that assist in continuous innovation and growth. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with solid exposure to mathematical and statistical principles, as well as a deep understanding of popular data analysis tools and databases.
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product development, and operations, to provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Develop and implement advanced analytics for areas such as forecast demand, customer behaviors, and detailed sales analysis.
- Maintain dashboards and reports that visualize complex datasets for stakeholders.
- Communicate findings and insights to non-technical team members through clear reports or presentations.
- Apply data modeling techniques to predict future trends from historical data.
- Lead A/B testing and experimental designs to deliver added value to end users.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape to ensure strategies remain ahead of the curve.
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data through rigorous quality control and validation processes.
Requirements:
- Preferred Certifications: Bachelor's or Master's in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: +6 years in data analysis, demonstrating impactful insights and business outcomes.
- Skills:
- Expertise in data cleaning, preprocessing, and formatting.
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in statistical software and programming languages such as R, Python, and SQL.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with an ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
- Good knowledge of modeling concepts, NLP, and machine learning is a plus.
- Experience in the food and beverage industry is advantageous.
- Proactive and independent thinker with a positive attitude.
