Responsibilities
- Generate and maintain comprehensive internal reports and dashboards for the commercial team to monitor and identify opportunities for our partners;
- Act as a commercial business partner and advisor for the commercial team on data related to promos and ads;
- Present results in a well-structured, efficient, and clear manner;
- Ensure high data quality standards by maintaining accuracy and consistency across internal dashboards;
- Continuously provide recommendations on existing and new metric definitions to ensure our teams can easily use and find value in the data we provide;
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs and collect relevant insights to help the commercial teams deliver the country's commercial strategy;
- Prepare ad-hoc reports and draw conclusions related to profitability, orders, active promotions based on stakeholder requests;
- Standardize processes and reporting for enhanced efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or any related field;
- At least 1 year of experience with SQL (Python is a plus);
- Good usage and knowledge of Google Sheets and Excel;
- Strong proficiency in English and Romanian (both are must-haves!);
- Good presentation skills and ability to work independently, as well as in departmental and cross-departmental projects;
- Business acumen and passion for end-to-end project management;
- Critical reasoning;
- Capability of bridging analytical and communication skills for added-value impact;
- Comfortable in tracking/reporting on KPIs and dashboards;
- Hands-on attitude; you’ll have to roll up your sleeves!
