Job Description:
- Lead and manage data-intensive projects, both standalone and as components of larger projects for clients.
- Collaborate with client staff to understand their challenges, evaluate and recommend strategies, and deliver solutions.
- Collect data from various sources and streamline data collection methods to create automated and user-friendly routines.
- Design, maintain, and monitor databases and data systems.
- Analyze collected data and interpret trends and patterns related to the organization.
- Prepare reports for clients based on project tasks.
- Collaborate with engineers and programmers to identify areas for analysis and improvement.
What Skills You'll Require:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or closely related studies.
- Experience with analysis tools, including macro and micro simulation software.
- Proficiency in statistical and analytics software such as R, Python, and MATLAB.
- Experience with data visualization software, such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Proven experience in managing and leading a team, including conducting performance evaluations and providing mentorship.
