Data Analyst - Power BI Dashboard Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Data Analyst with strong expertise in Power BI or Tableau to design, develop, and manage interactive dashboards and analytical reports for multiple ongoing projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of data visualization, SQL, and data management, and should be able to deliver accurate, actionable insights to business stakeholders.

Location: Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates (On-site)
Contract Type: 3-Month Contract (Extendable to Long-Term or Permanent)
Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred (15 Days or Less)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI/Tableau dashboards and reports for multiple projects.
• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into clear visualization solutions.
• Perform data extraction, cleaning, transformation, and validation using SQL and BI tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve reporting efficiency.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across dashboards.
• Deliver actionable insights and KPI tracking for stakeholders.
• Optimize dashboard performance and user experience.
• Support ad-hoc data analysis and reporting requests.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or related field.
• 3–7 years of experience as a Data Analyst or BI Developer.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Power BI or Tableau dashboard design.
• Proficient in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Ability to handle multiple dashboard projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Databricks or Snowflake.
• Familiarity with ETL tools and data warehousing concepts.
• Understanding of data governance and performance optimization.
• Prior experience in government or large-scale enterprise environments.
