As part of our ongoing growth, we’re looking for a talented Data Analyst to join our Data Science team. This role focuses on solving complex problems with practical solutions and collaborating with product teams to derive insights, guide decisions, and enhance customer experiences. You will have the opportunity to dig into complex databases, understand the root causes of problems, design solutions, and implement them using your coding skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand our business processes through data interpretation.
• Assist product and service teams by leveraging data knowledge.
• Design key metrics to measure various aspects of the business.
• Create and maintain aggregated views and tables for simplified data querying.
• Maintain and develop dashboards to track metrics and visualize insights.
• Promote data literacy within the company by organizing workshops.

What You'll Need

• Previous experience in an analytical role with a proven ability to create impactful solutions.
• A background or education in a quantitative discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years experience with SQL.
• Proficiency in Python or other programming languages.
• Strong mathematical and statistical knowledge.
