As a Data Analyst, you will own end-to-end data management, including building and maintaining datasets and pipelines, designing dashboards, and uncovering emerging trends. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and strategic thinking, enabling you to shape growth initiatives and guide decision-making across the organization. You will work on experimentation infrastructure and lead cross-functional projects, delivering insightful, data-driven storytelling that influences the growth direction of our products.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted business advisor to the growth team, influencing decision-making with data-driven insights.
- Design dashboards, metrics, and reports for the growth team and leadership.
- Analyze large datasets and create scalable data models.
- Collaborate with analysts, scientists, engineers, and product teams to build data pipelines using modern ETL frameworks.
- Experiment and test hypotheses, translating insights into actionable outcomes.
- Develop and automate reporting of key performance indicators for various products.
Skills You Should HODL:
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis and management, particularly in financial services.
- Hands-on experience with trading derivatives is required.
- Strong SQL skills and familiarity with Python libraries (pandas, matplotlib, etc.).
- Experience using dbt (data build tool) for data modeling.
- Ability to create intuitive dashboards and visualizations.
- Strong communication skills for conveying complex data insights.
Language Requirements:
Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of additional languages is a plus as the company speaks over 50 languages globally.
