Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
- Gather, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources to identify trends and insights.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into analytical solutions.
- Optimize and enhance Power BI reports for performance and scalability.
- Implement data modeling best practices ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security.
- Automate data workflows and develop ETL processes to streamline reporting.
- Stay informed on the latest trends in data analytics and Power BI.
- Provide training and support for business users utilizing Power BI tools.
- Implement security measures to protect data and ensure compliance with company ethics.
- Work closely with other teams to align strategies with organizational goals.
- Mentor junior team members and support their development.
- Collaborate with data science teams for predictive modeling and advanced analytics.
- Maintain proper documentation of data models, reports, and processes for governance and knowledge sharing.
- Continuously monitor the performance of dashboards and reports to identify and address bottlenecks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Solid experience in developing Power BI dashboards, data modeling, and automating ETL workflows.
- Proven ability to manage complex datasets, ensuring data integrity, and optimizing reporting performance.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with a background in mentoring junior analysts and working across teams.
