Data Analyst - TikTok LIVE

The MENAT LIVE Eco Growth & Governance Team is seeking a Data Analyst to join its dynamic LIVE team. This role involves uncovering insights and delivering data-driven recommendations that directly impact how the creator ecosystem grows and is supported.

Location: Dubai, Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Work Conditions: On-site, Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Handle complex data, solve technical and statistical challenges, and drive business impact.
• Design an indicator framework to measure the product's health status and track core indicators continuously.
• Initiate decisions based on data experiments and measure the impact of product or technology changes.
• Validate hypotheses, identify product growth opportunities, and influence improvements through various scientific methods.
• Collaborate with engineers and product stakeholders to provide insights and strategies.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in data science, statistics, econometrics, quantitative sociology, or a related major, with over 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Professional knowledge of SQL and Python or R programming.
• Strong analytical, causal reasoning skills, and a demand for statistical accuracy.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A passion for social media products and a curiosity for in-depth research.
• Fluent in English to communicate with global stakeholders.
