Research sits centrally and serves every vertical at the company. We're expanding the function to include quantitative research, market research, and cultural research in-house, allowing us to produce more comprehensive, decision-ready insights for teams across the company. This role is at the intersection of behavioural data and user research, working alongside qualitative researchers to bring quantitative rigour to understanding customers, their journeys, and the products they use.

Your Responsibilities
- Drive business impact through actionable insights and identifying key opportunities for rapid growth
- Build dashboards that provide accurate and actionable insights
- Work with the data engineering team on the data enrichment needs of the product team
- Work with stakeholders across the business to prioritize projects based on impact and drive delivery
- Develop a process to identify, analyse, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets to empower informed decision making for stakeholders
- Ensure governance and maintain good analytical practices throughout the process
Your Expertise
- 6+ years of experience in data analytics
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or other analytical fields. Graduates from other fields with relevant knowledge and experience are welcome to apply.
- Hands-on experience using programming (Python, R) to manipulate large data sets for insights
- Demonstrated proficiency in one or more implementations of SQL (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL)
- Understanding of your domain of interest - Finance, Risk, or Product
- Experience using Machine Learning tools and techniques in R or Python is a plus
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik)
- Experience creating data visualizations and dashboards with Apache Superset is a bonus
- Experience in a high-growth startup or unicorn is a bonus
