Key Responsibilities:
- Develop data collection processes and data management systems.
- Design queries, compile data, and generate reports in SQL.
- Create charts and graphs for reporting purposes.
- Develop dashboards (the company Quicksight) to support business decision-making and deep dive activities.
- Create automation solutions for analysis (using Python).
- Prepare and publish reports for business reviews (Weekly and Quarterly).
- Support the leadership team in interpreting data trends as needed.
- Conduct in-depth research of defect trends.
- Handle data collection and entry as required.
- Present analysis in easily digestible standard reports.
- Provide support to ICQA & Learning Team Projects.
Basic Qualifications:
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.
- Proven experience communicating clearly and concisely with leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
- Experience managing and executing large projects from inception to completion, including project management, data gathering and modeling, problem-solving, and communicating recommendations.
- Ability to understand the needs of the business and end customers, translating them into appropriate solutions.
- Familiarity with AWS technologies such as Redshift, S3, AWS Glue, EMR, Kinesis, FireHose, Lambda, and IAM roles and permissions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in training and deploying machine learning systems for large-scale optimizations or experience in development or technical support.
Language Requirements:
Fluency in English, proficiency in Arabic is a plus, especially in the UAE context.
