Key Job Responsibilities
- Development of data collection processes and data management systems
- Designing of queries, compiling of data, and generation of reports in SQL
- Charting and graphing of data for reporting purposes
- Developing dashboards (Amazon QuickSight) to support business decision-making and dive deep activities
- Developing automation solutions for analysis using Python
- Preparing and publishing reports for business reviews (Weekly Business Review, Quarterly Business Review, Project Updates)
- Supporting the leadership team in the interpretation of data trends as needed
- Conducting in-depth research of defect trends
- Data collection and entry as required
- Presenting analysis in easily digestible reports
- Providing support to ICQA & Learning Team Projects
Basic Qualifications
- UAE National with a family book
- 3+ years of experience in data warehousing with proven expertise in ETL processes and data modeling
- Strong command of SQL (including complex joins, stored procedures, and query optimization)
- Proven experience with at least one major BI platform (preferably QuickSight) including dashboard creation and maintenance
- Proficiency in Python, particularly with data analysis libraries (pandas, numpy, scikit-learn)
- Experience in automating data collection and reporting processes
- Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS)
- Proficiency in statistical analysis and A/B testing methodologies
- Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and predictive modeling
- Knowledge of data visualization best practices and storytelling with data
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools
- Certification in relevant technologies (AWS)
