Data Analyst, UAE National, Supply Chain Planning

About the Role

This role involves big data handling and cross-functional communication. The candidate is expected to have exceptional analytical, planning, and written/verbal communication skills, along with preferred experience in managing the transportation function in the retail domain.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Support the automation initiatives within the Supply Chain team, which includes monitoring multiple dashboards and working with SQL/Python.
• Deploy requested changes, build weekly reviews, and drive automations using SQL/Python and AI initiatives, while maintaining high attention to detail to ensure that all requested changes are accurately and fully completed.

A Day in the Life

• Collect and analyze data.
• Support business growth in a constrained environment with innovative and automated solutions.
• Work on Agentic AI initiatives and Multi-Agent workflows.
• Scale up processes quickly by identifying and implementing available tools/automation.
• Roll out best practices from other geographies/companies to minimize end-to-end supply chain losses.
• Utilize problem-solving and communication skills to influence business, operations, and technical audiences.
• Bring data-driven solutions using analytical skills to contribute to operations and growth in the organization.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of supply chain management concepts, including forecasting, planning, sourcing, optimization, and logistics or equivalent.
• Knowledge of and proficiency in Excel and SQL.
