Key Responsibilities
- Gathering business data and reporting requirements from stakeholders, business owners, and users from the Manufacturing domain for metrics used to monitor business performance.
- Analyze complex data sets to identify patterns, trends, and insights for all operational teams.
- Develop and maintain robust dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders at all levels.
- Report findings and recommendations to leadership, translating complex analyses into clear, actionable insights.
- Collaborate with various departments to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to automate reporting tools & techniques.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy by implementing best practices in data management and governance.
Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and identify actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in the Automotive Industry (OEM or Tier 1 Suppliers) is preferred.
- Advanced skills in Python or other general-purpose programming language, Microsoft Office advanced user.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, Data Science, or equivalent experience in a related field.
- 3-5+ years of experience in data analytics, reporting, visualization, Python, etc.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree in a relevant field.
- Experience with complex analysis and data analytics in a Manufacturing context.
- Knowledge of automotive industry trends and emerging technologies in Interior components.
Work Conditions
- Flexibility in the work schedule is required (to include evenings and weekends, as needed).
