You will conduct various data analyses according to business needs, utilizing both qualitative and quantitative methods to identify internal issues and uncover opportunities. Strong communication with internal stakeholders—such as the Business Operation team, Data Warehouse team, Product team, and R&D and Algorithm teams—is essential to ensure the successful implementation and continuous optimization of data analysis reports. You will also be tasked with building user-friendly data systems and data products to support business operations.
Responsibilities

- Analyze long-term trends and short-term anomalies to provide insightful reports.
- Build dashboards and establish daily tracking and monitoring systems.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses to identify problems and opportunities.
- Maintain effective communication with various internal teams to support and optimize data initiatives.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- At least three years of relevant experience in data analysis.
- Proficient in SQL and Tableau/Power BI or similar visualization tools.
- Strong data mining, information collection, and analysis capabilities.
- Ability to translate business problems into data modeling.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis and algorithms (e.g., machine learning, causal inference).
- Experience in data analysis within internet or technology-related industries.
- Strong learning ability and excellent communication skills.
- Experience leading a small project team to support business initiatives.
