In this role, you will be responsible for interpreting data and analyzing results using statistical techniques. Your tasks will include developing and implementing data analyses, data collection systems, and strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality. You will prepare operational and quality reports, identifying insights and proposing recommendations for improvement. Additionally, you will extract database data from different data systems, perform data analytics, and ensure the quality and efficiency of all processes. You will work closely with management to prioritize business and information needs while building and testing different forecasting models to measure the impact of business initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interpreting data and analyzing results using statistical techniques.
- Developing and implementing data analyses and collection strategies.
- Preparing operational and quality reports and identifying insights.
- Performing data analytics to optimize efficiency and quality.
- Analyzing and interpreting trends in complex datasets.
- Filtering and cleaning data to enhance performance and maximize financial gain.
- Collaborating with management on priority business needs.
- Creating visually appealing dashboards and visualizations for performance measurement.
Requirements
- BS in Mathematics, Economics, Business, Computer Science, Information Management, or Statistics from a reputable university.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in the digital landscape with a focus on new products and marketing channels.
- Proven experience as a data analyst or business data analyst.
- Strong technical skills in data models, database design, data mining, and segmentation.
- Proficient in reporting packages (e.g., Business Objects), databases, and programming (Tableau preferred).
- Familiarity with statistical methods and experience in using statistical packages (Excel, Python, R, etc.).
- Excellent judgment and ability to prioritize based on data insights.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Skilled in creating reports and presenting findings effectively.
- Energetic communicator with a strong creative problem-solving approach.
