As a Data Analytical Officer, you will support the Data Analytics Manager in documenting requirements, designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining Business Intelligence (BI) dashboards and analytics projects aligned with the department and Group’s brand, vision, and strategic objectives.

In This Role You Will:
- Develop project plans for BI and analytics projects and initiatives.
- Support management in planning data requirements based on business needs and prepare necessary data sources.
- Collaborate with relevant business departments to assess, gather, and document BI reporting requirements aligned with business objectives.
- Regularly review BI reporting to ensure alignment with business needs.
- Track BI and analytics projects and initiatives against project plans, updating plans post-review as required.
- Monitor ongoing projects and provide visibility to the Manager with appropriate recommendations or action plans.
- Liaise with business departments to gather and document BI and Analytics requirements.
- Source, prepare, and maintain data for BI and Analytics projects.
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain BI dashboards in analytics applications.
- Respond to ad-hoc reporting requirements from business users.
- Train and support business users of BI and Analytics deployments.
- Assist the Data Analytics Manager with analytics proof of concepts and projects.
Qualifications:
- A Level or University degree.
- 3+ years of experience in a data analysis support role; experience in the Travel/Tourism and Cargo industry is advantageous.
- Proficiency in at least one leading BI/Analytics programming language such as SQL, Python, or R.
- Knowledge of leading BI and analytics applications such as MS Power BI, Tableau, MS Azure, or equivalent.
- Familiarity with data storage solutions like SQL databases and cloud-based storage.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Strong analytical and presentation skills with attention to detail.
- Awareness of project management principles and techniques is advantageous.
