The Data & Analytics Analyst will play a critical role in transforming complex data into clear, compelling, and actionable insights for senior leadership and business stakeholders. This role focuses on KPI storytelling, executive-level dashboards, and insight-driven reporting that supports strategic decision-making across commercial, marketing, operations, and finance functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain high-impact user-friendly executive dashboards for CEO, CFO, Portfolio Directors, Event Directors, and Commercial leadership.
  • Develop complex DAX measures and calculations tailored to Redshift data structures to support advanced KPI logic, trends, Year-over-Year comparisons, and variance analysis.
  • Convert data into story-led insights that explain what happened, why it happened, and what action is required.
  • Perform deep-dive analysis across sales, marketing, ticketing, exhibitor performance, digital platforms, and operations.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data used in reporting.
  • Act as a trusted analytics partner to business leaders and functional heads.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • 5–10 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or performance reporting roles.
  • Proven track record of delivering executive and operational level dashboards.
  • Strong SQL skills with hands-on experience in Amazon Redshift, including query optimization and performance tuning.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Advanced expertise in BI and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Strong DAX proficiency and experience with Power Query for data transformation.
  • Exceptional ability to create visually appealing, executive-grade dashboards.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to link data to commercial and operational outcomes.
