Data & Analytics Director

We’re looking for a Head of Data & Analytics Strategy to shape the agency’s data vision — translating analytics into actionable growth strategies for clients. You’ll lead the use of data as a creative and strategic asset across all marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of advanced analytics frameworks.
• Drive the integration of data strategy into media planning and performance measurement.
• Partner with client teams to identify business opportunities through data insights.
• Oversee dashboards, predictive models, and attribution frameworks.
• Collaborate with data engineering and tech teams to enable scalable solutions.
• Mentor analysts and strategists to elevate the agency’s data literacy.

Requirements:

• 12–15 years of experience in data strategy, analytics, or marketing science.
• Proven success translating data into strategic narratives and business outcomes.
• Strong understanding of media measurement, econometrics, and digital analytics tools.
• Experience leading analytics teams within agencies or consultancies.
• Excellent stakeholder management, visualization, and communication skills.
