About the Job
As the Data Analytics & Insights Specialist at Allianz Partners – Global Health Operations, you will play a crucial role in shaping the company's strategic performance and decision-making. You will support the Data Insights Manager and assist with management projects, providing insights and analytics to ensure operational excellence. Your responsibilities will include delivering meaningful data insights across AP International Health business units, including Allianz Care, NextCare, Medi-24, Mawista, and Australia, leading to enhanced data-driven decision-making within the organization.

Insights should inform decisions and strategies proactively rather than reactively. Your work will involve creating and maintaining reports in alignment with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), designing, creating, and analyzing dashboard reports, and supporting global project initiatives related to data reporting and analytics. You will interpret business information requirements, identify trends in the data, and communicate findings clearly to inform strategic decisions. Your role will also include maintaining reports from legacy systems and collaborating with stakeholders across various functions to ensure data-driven insights are effectively integrated into decision-making processes.

You will establish global and functional performance management scorecards, support periodic performance management reporting for leadership, and monitor and evaluate reporting solutions to ensure their effectiveness. Additionally, you will stay abreast of industry trends and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the team.

What You Offer

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline; a background in Mathematics, Statistics, or Medicine is advantageous.
  • Medical background with experience in Fraud, Waste, and Abuse.
  • Full proficiency in English and Arabic.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to make intelligent decisions based on detailed analysis of complex issues.
  • Detail-oriented work ethic with a focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Problem-solving skills to develop well-structured recommendations and solutions.
  • Strong work ethic and customer-focused mentality.
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Office and familiarity with tools such as SAS, R, Alteryx, Power BI, or Qlik Sense BI.
