Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Work Conditions: Hybrid, Full-time
Role Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of data analysts.
- Identify skill and knowledge gaps within your team and provide training, coaching, and mentoring.
- Act as a strategic partner in the Marketing department to promote data-driven decision-making.
- Create and maintain standards in processes, guidance, and outputs by collaborating with other data-analytics leads.
- Partner with Data Engineering to enhance the quality, consistency, and reliability of data pipelines.
- Contribute to planning and executing Data Science & analytics initiatives.
Role Requirements:
- Experience leading a team of at least two people in a data analysis context.
- Strong business acumen and ability to deliver actionable insights.
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with analytics tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, and web analytics tools like Google Analytics.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to drive a culture of collaboration.
