Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Business Data and Analytics specialist with advanced proficiency in Data Presentation, particularly in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI. The ideal candidate will be adept at quickly and accurately creating executive-level slide presentations and will have the capability to analyze data, identify trends, and present insights effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis and Visualization: Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and develop compelling visualizations using Power BI. Maintain dashboards that provide real-time insights.
- Executive-Level Presentations: Design high-quality PowerPoint presentations for senior executives, ensuring clarity and visual appeal.
- Excel Proficiency: Utilize advanced Excel functionalities for data analysis, including pivot tables and macros for task automation.
- Trend Analysis and Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators and provide actionable insights based on data.
- Stakeholder Management: Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs, develop engagement strategies, and maintain strong relationships.
- Change Management: Apply best practices in stakeholder management and promote transparency and accountability.
- Project Management: Report on stakeholder engagement status and coordinate their involvement in projects.
- Leadership: Prepare materials tailored to stakeholder needs and ensure compliance with regulations and ethical standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Experience in a corporate environment focused on data analysis and presentation.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
