As the Data Analytics Lead within the Group Strategy & Business Development department, you will be pivotal in developing and implementing data-driven strategies that support business decision-making, optimize processes, and provide actionable insights across Oxagon. Your role will be instrumental in enhancing the Manufacturing Sector's operations and ensuring alignment with NEOM’s vision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive data analytics strategy for the Group Strategy & Business Development function.
- Oversee the collection, analysis, and interpretation of complex data sets to inform strategic decision-making.
- Implement advanced analytics techniques, including predictive modeling and machine learning, to optimize business processes.
- Collaborate with various departments to align data analytics initiatives with organizational goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support data analytics efforts.
- Manage key data analytics projects, ensuring they align with NEOM’s strategic objectives.
- Utilize data analytics to provide insights that support decision-making processes.
- Develop data models, dashboards, and reports to monitor key performance indicators.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics, data science, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of advanced analytics techniques and proficiency in tools such as Python, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Proven experience with data governance, management, and integration.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Language Requirements: English proficiency required.
