In this role, you will have the opportunity to impact solving business problems and influence decisions on products used by millions of customers every day. You will lead a team of data analysts to deliver clear business value through high-quality advice, experimentation, analytics, and dashboards. This will be a hybrid manager-individual contributor role.

Role Responsibilities:
- Leading a team of 4-5 data analysts.
- Identifying skill and knowledge gaps within your team and filling them through training, coaching, mentoring, and shadowing.
- Acting as a strategic partner in the Marketing department to grow data-driven decision-making.
- Creating standards and consistency in processes, guidance, tools, quality, and outputs.
- Partnering with Data Engineering to improve data quality, consistency, reliability, and documentation of data pipelines.
- Contributing to the planning and execution of Data science & analytics within the organization.
- Leading complex projects to turn data into insights, predictions, and actionable recommendations.
- Delivering impactful insights and recommendations through user-friendly dashboard designs.
- Partnering with Data Engineers and Analytics Engineers to define requirements for foundational datasets.
- Understanding data to grasp user journeys on our platform and provide recommendations.
Role Requirements:
- Experience leading a team of at least two people, overseeing performance reviews and mentoring.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to deliver high-quality analytics that lead to actionable recommendations.
- Experience in designing, executing, and evaluating A/B experiments.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with analysis tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, and Databricks.
- Familiarity with web analytics tools like Google Analytics 4 and Mixpanel.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
