Data Analytics Lead

About the Job: Founded in August 2020, Huspy started as a digital mortgage platform and quickly evolved into the largest proptech company in the EMEA region. We currently have over 500 employees across more than 5 offices in the UAE and Spain. Backed by leading investors such as Sequoia, Balderton, Founders Fund, and Olayan, our mission is to revolutionize the real estate industry by building an all-in-one super app to empower agents and mortgage brokers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage our analytics function and shape how Huspy uses data to drive decisions, working closely with C-level, product, and tech leadership.
• Establish a top-tier data function, scale the analytics team, and build the necessary infrastructure, reporting, and processes that support Huspy’s growth.
• Partner with C-level and business/product leads to shape strategy through data.
• Develop infrastructure, tools, and reporting frameworks for company-wide data access and transparency.
• Support business expansion and product initiatives with actionable insights, modeling, and forecasting.
• Establish and maintain KPIs across business units to track performance and identify opportunities.
• Enable self-serve analytics and promote a culture of data-driven decision-making across all teams.

Qualifications:

• 6–8 years of experience in data analytics, with 1–2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in fast-paced, data-driven environments, preferably in tech or marketplaces.
• Strong technical capabilities with the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience in building data processes and reporting infrastructure from scratch.
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to connect data with business value.
