Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Analytics Lead to join our consulting team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics, with expertise in data warehouse management, master data management (MDM), data governance, data visualization, artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), and proficiency in managing profit and loss (P&L) responsibilities. As the Data Analytics Lead, you will play a crucial role in leading our team of consultants in delivering high-quality data analytics solutions to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of data analytics consultants to deliver successful projects and solutions to clients.
- Develop and implement data analytics strategies to address client needs and objectives.
- Provide expertise in data warehouse design, development, and management to ensure the availability, integrity, and security of data.
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of master data management (MDM) solutions to ensure data consistency and accuracy across the organization.
- Establish and enforce data governance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and requirements and provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Design and develop data visualization solutions to present complex data in a clear and understandable manner to key stakeholders.
- Leverage artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) techniques to extract valuable insights from data and drive business outcomes.
- Manage profit and loss (P&L) responsibilities for data analytics projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in data analytics and recommend innovative solutions to enhance our service offerings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- years of experience in data analytics, with a proven track record of leading successful projects and teams.
- Strong expertise in data warehouse management, master data management (MDM), data governance, and data visualization.
- Proficiency in artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) techniques and their application in data analytics.
- Experience managing profit and loss (P&L) responsibilities for consulting projects is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Relevant certifications in data analytics, such as Certified Analytics Professional (CAP) or equivalent, are a plus.
