Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide Management Information (MIs) and reports to facilitate effective analysis of business trends and performance for the UAE and MENAT Management team.
- Submit data to the group to populate reports for country comparisons, highlighting areas for development.
- Assist the Head of Sales Management in making MIs available for business operations.
- Develop and provide reports on error rates to improve governance within the business.
- Create a Business Activity Tracking/Management System for monitoring sales team performances, including productivity, targets, and achievements.
- Generate holistic analytical reports on Retail Management for Senior Sales Management, collaborating with business partners in the region to ensure uniform messaging and accurate information for customer engagement and business planning.
- Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring the overhaul of procedures and supervising implementation related to project design and development needs.
- Provide commentaries based on reports analysis for Group Reports, interacting with Sales Managers and Support functions.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and internal guidelines through robust controls and monitoring frameworks.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Graduation degree is REQUIRED to secure a UAE Visa and Work Permit.
- Strong experience in Excel, Power BI, or similar data analysis tools.
- Understanding of Sales Structures and Incentive Frameworks.
- Experience in handling queries related to Sales MIs, Incentives, and Productivity.
- Strong analytical and presentation skills.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to influence and build relationships.
- High accuracy and attention to detail.
