Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver management information (MI) and performance reporting for UAE and MENAT leadership, including regular packs, dashboards, and ad-hoc insights.
  • Provide high-quality data submissions to the Group for standardized reporting and country comparisons.
  • Create Service Quality (SQ) and error-rate reports to strengthen governance and continuous improvement.
  • Develop a Sales Activity Tracking/Management System to monitor productivity, targets, enablers, achievements, and rankings.
  • Collaborate with Sales Managers and regional stakeholders to provide consistent insights that support customer engagement and business planning.
  • Lead projects from concept to delivery, improving processes and ensuring effective change implementation.
  • Write clear performance commentary for senior and Group reporting, ensuring alignment among stakeholders.
  • Maintain strong controls and monitoring systems to meet regulatory and internal operating requirements.

What You’ll Bring:

  • A graduation degree is essential for obtaining a UAE visa and work permit. If your university certificate is from outside the UAE, up-to-date attestations and equivalency are required.
  • Strong skills in Excel and Power BI (or similar analytics tools).
  • Understanding of sales structures and incentive frameworks.
  • Experience in supporting Sales Managers with inquiries related to MI, incentives, and productivity.
  • Strong analytical, presentation, and storytelling skills.
  • Excellent planning, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Confident in stakeholder management and capable of influencing and building trusted relationships.

Language Requirements:

  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
