About the Role
As a Data and Analytics Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how Emiratisation is measured, reported, and improved. Your primary responsibility will be to transform Emiratisation data into actionable insights that influence recruitment, development, and retention decisions for UAE national talent. This position involves the end-to-end development and delivery of Emiratisation reporting, including management information and regulatory analysis, to support the enhancement of the Emiratisation strategy.
You will collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to create well-defined datasets, dashboards, and analyses while improving data accuracy and reporting processes. Your success will lead to reliable insights on performance targets, progress, and trends that enable stakeholders to make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and deliver accurate and timely Emiratisation reports, management information, and regulatory submissions
- Develop and maintain standardized dashboards and strategic data solutions using Power BI
- Own month-end Emiratisation performance reporting covering targets, progress, and trends
- Apply AI tools such as Copilot to accelerate analysis drafting and insight generation within governance expectations
- Convert raw multi-source data into meaningful analyses that support evidence-led decisions
- Identify, investigate, and resolve data discrepancies while improving data quality across reporting cycles
- Monitor regulatory changes and maintain reporting controls, documentation, and procedures
- Partner with the Emiratisation team, HR Business Partners, Service Delivery, and business leaders to shape recommendations
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data management, analytics, or reporting, including roles in data science or advanced analytics
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Experience applying AI-enabled productivity and analysis tools like Copilot to expedite insight creation and reporting outputs
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and confidence in working with large datasets
- Proficiency in business intelligence tools such as Power BI to build dashboards and reporting solutions
- Proven track record of delivering accurate reports including management information and regulatory submissions
- Structured approach to investigating discrepancies and enhancing data quality and reporting processes
- Ability to communicate complex data and regulatory requirements clearly and concisely to multiple stakeholders
- Experience in creating clear, professional presentations that convert data into compelling messages using effective structure and visuals
