The Microsoft Data and Gen AI Pre-Sales Specialist is accountable for establishing and fostering relationships with Microsoft, while advocating for Kagool’s solutions within Microsoft’s sales and pre-sales teams. This role entails comprehending client needs, driving business opportunities, and meeting sales targets. The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in Microsoft Data solutions, Fabric, and Azure Open AI, as well as familiarity with Databricks, Alteryx, and Tableau.

Key Responsibilities:

Relationship Building and Advocacy:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with Microsoft sales and pre-sales teams.
  • Act as an advocate for Kagool solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem.
  • Promote Kagool’s solutions and serve as the primary point of contact for new requirements and discussions.

Client Engagement and Solution Promotion:

  • Engage with clients to understand their requirements, pain points, and business challenges.
  • Drive clients towards optimal solutions through effective requirements gathering and solution design.
  • Foster and maintain strong client relationships to drive business opportunities.

Business and Technical Discussions:

  • Proactively engage in and lead business and technical discussions with clients and partners.
  • Develop and write compelling proposals and resource profiles across solutions.
  • Act as an account manager, focusing on creating new opportunities within Kagool’s existing client portfolio.

Sales and Targets:

  • Achieve sales and solutions targets through proactive technology business development and engagement.
  • Build a robust sales pipeline and drive the growth of Kagool’s business.
  • Focus on solution selling and act as a hunter to generate new business opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a pre-sales or technical sales role, with a focus on Microsoft Data solutions.
  • Deep knowledge of Microsoft Data solutions, Fabric, and Azure Open AI.
  • Familiarity with Databricks, Alteryx, and Tableau.
  • Proven track record in building and managing relationships with clients and partners.
  • Strong sales acumen with a hunter mentality.
  • Excellent technical skills and the ability to understand and address client needs.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
