Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of data analysts, establishing a high-performance culture and ensuring ongoing professional development.
- Transition Support: Assist in migrating data-dependent processes and business reporting to new local systems smoothly.
- Data Governance and Management: Design and maintain data models and ensure data quality and consistency.
- Data Extraction and Reconciliation: Oversee data extraction and reconciliation for various key functions including actuarial and finance.
- Reporting Support: Develop and maintain reporting capabilities for compliance, operations, sales, and client management, transitioning from manual to automated processes.
- Collaboration: Work with IT and stakeholders to define data integration needs while supporting analytics solutions development.
- Innovation and Improvement: Identify opportunities to leverage new tools and technologies for enhancing data management and reporting.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Data Science, Actuarial Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6-10 years of experience in Data & Analytics, preferably in the Saudi Arabian medical insurance industry, with at least 3-5 years in a management role.
- Proficiency in analytic platforms and business intelligence software such as Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, SQL, Python, and/or R.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data models, business dashboards, and reports.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting complex data insights.
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
Language Requirements:
Proficiency in English is required. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
