Data and Business Analyst

Description: The person will be responsible to read data from different sources and generate executive reports for executive management. Regularly report on business KPI's and monitor them. Generate reports using multiple business intelligence tools and present the outcome.

Responsibilities:

• Analyzes sales data and compiles information for reports.
• Manages day-to-day post-sales order management and resolution of customer and business issues.
• Resolves order management issues for all product lines using specialized subject matter knowledge and analysis.
• Monitor business KPI's and report on a weekly basis.

Education and Experience Required:

• Technical degree required.
• Relevant experience in data processing and analysis.
• University degree
• Minimum of three years relevant experience.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Good communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good teamwork skills
• Good knowledge in data reporting tools.
• Relevant experience in reporting.
