Responsibilities:
- Analyzes sales data and compiles information for reports.
- Manages day-to-day post-sales order management and resolution of customer and business issues.
- Resolves order management issues for all product lines using specialized subject matter knowledge and analysis.
- Monitor business KPI's and report on a weekly basis.
Education and Experience Required:
- Technical degree required.
- Relevant experience in data processing and analysis.
- University degree
- Minimum of three years relevant experience.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Good communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good teamwork skills
- Good knowledge in data reporting tools.
- Relevant experience in reporting.
